In the light of Islamic teachings, it is known that certain animals can bring financial constraints, misfortune, and distress to households. Conversely, Islam also enlightens us about creatures that bring blessings, and keeping them within homes results in increased prosperity and wealth. In this article, we will discuss four such blessed animals and the signs associated with them. We urge you to stay with us till the end to learn more.
The first blessed creature we will talk about is the rooster. It is said that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) advised seeking blessings from Allah whenever the rooster crows. Conversely, when you hear the braying of a donkey, seeking refuge in Allah from Satan is recommended. The rooster announces the entry of angels, whereas the donkey’s voice indicates the presence of rejected devils.
Elders suggest that when the rooster crows at dawn, the time of sunrise, it signifies the arrival of the angels of sustenance, who are the first to enter households during the morning. If you perform a simple action during this time, abundant wealth and prosperity will enter your home, leaving your family amazed at the sudden increase in affluence.
If you currently have a rooster in your home and it crows at the time of sunrise, you should perform the following ritual: first recite Durood Sharif once, then recite “SubhanAllah,” “Alhamdulillah,” and “Allahu Akbar” 33 times each. Repeat this recitation 33 times and finish with reciting Durood Sharif once again. Afterward, pray to Allah sincerely and deeply, expressing your helplessness and placing complete trust and conviction in Him. You will witness the resolution of your troubles and see how this practice can bring about positive changes in your life.
It is often believed that only a white rooster can perceive angels. However, in reality, regardless of their color, all roosters are capable of perceiving these divine beings, irrespective of their breed. If your rooster begins crowing at odd times, it may indicate the potential for troubles in your household. In such a situation, fervently pray to Allah, seeking protection from all misfortunes.
If you wish to avoid financial hardship or prepare for difficult times, it is advisable to keep at least one rooster and two cats in your home. The beloved Prophet (peace be upon him) had a great fondness for cats and even kept one in his house. Whenever the cat would come to his house, he would pour water for it so that the cat could quench its thirst. Additionally, when the cat had drunk water, the Prophet (peace be upon him) would perform ablution from the same water source.
Hence, two essential things become evident here: first, the Prophet (peace be upon him) had deep affection for cats, and second, this creation of Allah is never impure or unclean. Even if a cat consumes food that is not considered lawful, it does not render the food impure, as emphasized by Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her). She recounts an incident when a woman, out of her intense eagerness, brought a meal for the Prophet (peace be upon him). Meanwhile, Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) was performing prayers, and upon her return, she partook of the food from the same spot where the cat had previously consumed it.
Consequently, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) instructed that cats are not impure; they are, in fact, welcome creatures in our homes.
