A Relentless Journey Amidst Challenges

Merely a few steps into his journey, he stumbled yet again, landing back in the mud. Rising once more, he retreated to his house, changed his attire, and set out again for the mosque.

A Guiding Light in the Darkness

As he stepped out of his house, a figure with a lit lantern stood at his doorstep. Silently, the bearer of light guided the devoted man towards the mosque. This time, the radiant glow of the lantern paved an effortless path for the worshipper.

Unwavering Commitment and Divine Grace

With perseverance, he reached the mosque, where the lantern-bearer paused. The worshipper proceeded inside and began his prayer. Upon completion, he emerged from the mosque to find the lantern-bearer waiting for him.

A Revelation of Devotion and Mercy

Intrigued, the worshipper inquired, “Who are you?” To which the stranger replied, “If I tell you the truth, I am Satan.” Astonished, the worshipper pondered, “How could Satan assist me in reaching the mosque? Isn’t his purpose to mislead?”

Understanding the Greater PlanCuriosity piqued, the worshipper questioned Satan, “You should have been content to witness my struggle and eventual arrival at the mosque, illuminated by your lantern’s light.” To which Satan responded, “When you fell the first time and returned, changing your clothes to return to the mosque, Allah forgave all your sins.”

Triumph of Faith and Guidance

Satan continued, “When you stumbled again, and yet, you persisted, Allah pardoned your entire family. I was concerned that if you were to fall once more, Allah might not forgive the entire village because of your actions. Hence, I brought the lantern to ensure you reached the mosque without stumbling.”

Gratitude and Reverence

Upon hearing this, the worshipper bowed in gratitude to Allah and acknowledged the supremacy of divine will. Such is the greatness of our Lord, who illuminates our paths even in the darkest of times. Let this tale inspire us to persevere through adversity, for in our persistence, we may find the light that leads us to grace and forgiveness.
